Arrival
Upon exiting the airport, you will find a Narvesen kiosk before the exit. There you can purchase an e-ticket (“e-talons”) for public transport. The price of one ticket is €1.50. Alternatively, you can buy the ticket directly from the bus driver (only in Bus 22), but in that case, it costs €2.00.
The bus stop is located directly outside the airport entrance. Please take bus No. 22 to the stop “Centrāltirgus” (Central Market).
From the Centrāltirgus bus stop (where bus No. 22 arrives), you can reach Hotel Opera by walking through the pedestrian tunnel in front of the Central Railway Station. After getting off the bus, head straight towards the station, enter the tunnel, and it will lead you directly to the area behind the hotel. Once you exit the tunnel, Hotel Opera will be right in front of you.
If you prefer not to use public transport, taxis are also available. A ride to the city center is quicker but more expensive, costing approximately €20 or more.
If you plan to travel to the conference by public transport as well, it is recommended to purchase two tickets (“e-talons”) in advance, since one ticket is valid for one trip only.

Getting to the Venue House of Nature October 6
On the 1st day of the conference, October 6, we will meet you in the lobby of Hotel Opera at 8:45 AM. Please be on time. From there, it will be possible to reach the conference venue either by walking (approximately 35–45 minutes) or by public transport (15–17 minutes).
Kindly note, if you are not staying at Hotel Opera, please still come to the hotel lobby at the designated time so we can proceed together.

Getting to the Venue Rimi Olympic Centre October 7
On October 7 at 9:00 AM, a bus will depart from Hotel “OPERA” to take participants to the conference venue.
